CLIO was created at the Department of Historical Studies of the University of Milan as part of a MUR 2023-2027 University Departments of Excellence grant. We study the image as a historical product in its multiple contexts and maintain an interdisciplinary outlook in the fields of research, teaching and knowledge dissemination.
